Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and across Europe. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Timeframes All Roam Brew orders are fulfilled from our international fulfillment center and typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. This timeframe accounts for quality inspection before your unit leaves our facility.

We know 7–14 days is longer than some are used to — and we think it's worth it. Every unit is checked before it ships. Your 30-day guarantee starts the day it arrives, not the day you order.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking update once it's dispatched.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Most orders arrive without additional fees, but we recommend checking your local customs policy if you're unsure.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. If your order is confirmed lost, we'll reship or issue a full refund — your choice.
